A clip from a dramatised film for The Department of Employment to promote the employment of school leavers as trainees. The drama takes place as an ‘old school’ father lunches with his more progressive daughter and they discuss their respective business attitudes and beliefs. The film employs tracking to move neatly from scene to scene and theatrical style lighting changes to bring in ancillary characters to present their views.  Filmed on Super 16mm film.
